Autumn Leaves: sweet gum

I spent most of the morning wandering around photographing leaves and other autumnal things that are out & about.

These are some shots from the sweet gum, veining is always interesting to look at.

Enjoy your fall!

These are sure some pretty leaves ~ those veins add so much interest. I am fearful that snow will soon be here. We don't really have any too many leaves left on the trees. Very sad. But your photos make me happy Sarah! :)

Lovely textures and colors! Fall has finally arrived here, and I'm so happy:-) No pretty leaves like these yet, but just the cooler temps are inspiring.
